PHOTOGRAPHER. MOM. ARTIST.
I am a former educator with a BA in Elementary Education, MS in Elementary Education & Administration, with an Ed. S. in Curriculum & Leadership. I taught many different grade levels over a span of 18 years. My favorite subjects to teach were history & science and I loved doing art with my students. Even as a teacher, I usually had a camera in hand to document special memories in and out of the classroom. I have found a different calling as a photographer. Not only do I get to use my artistic and creative abilities but I get to work with people from all walks of life.
I am also the mom of two beautiful teenagers, a lover of light and beauty, an artist and music lover. I received photography training from the Florida Photography School in Daytona Beach, Florida. I have been nationally and regionally published, as well as, nationally featured. I have received accolades from the FPP (Florida Professional Photographers) as a merited photographer. But, it’s not about the awards or the recognition. It’s about finding the beauty in those moments that are meaningful to each of us.
I feel so honored to get to share such happy, treasured moments with people everywhere through photography. Since beginning my professional journey, I’ve worked on many different types of projects that have expanded my experience and added to my portfolio.
My specialties are but are not limited to: High School Seniors, Athletes & Teams, Children & Families, Professional Portraits & Special Events.
Together we can make some beautiful moments last forever.
